Syreeta Poindexter is a founding partner at Babin Law, where she dedicates her practice to advocating for individuals who have been harmed, silenced, or overlooked by powerful institutions. Her work spans mass torts, product liability, and human trafficking litigation, and she is widely respected for her tenacity, strategic insight, and unwavering commitment to justice. Syreeta has played a role in several mass tort litigations, including the Opioids and CPAP, and she currently serves in a leadership position in the Hair Relaxer litigation.  

Driven by a deep belief in speaking up for those who can’t, Syreeta has built her legal career on standing in the gap for the vulnerable. She is especially passionate about holding corporations accountable and ensuring her clients’ voices are not just heard, but valued.Outside the courtroom, Syreeta mentors young attorneys and is a proud member of communities that champion diversity, equity, and purpose-driven advocacy. She is honored to join Texas Women Rainmakers for its 10th anniversary and looks forward to amplifying the voices and power of women in law.
