Roxane has worked closely with plaintiff attorneys, trust attorneys, ad litems, case managers, social service providers, guardians and families to help in the transition from the court system. She can communicate all the intricacies of the trust documents, qualified settlement funds (QSFs), structured settlements and investment management in an easy to understand way with real life examples. With Roxane, clients have a long standing relationship provider and coordinator with a compassionate understanding of the needs of the beneficiary and family.
Roxane has been an advisor with Merrill Lynch since 1999. She is a Certified Financial PlannerTM (CFP®) certificant, a designation awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standard, Inc. Roxane holds the CPA Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) credential and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs® (AICPA) and Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants (TSCPA) but does not provide tax advice as an advisor. Roxane graduated with a Master of Science degree in Accounting from the University of North Texas. She also holds the Series 7, 63, 65 FINRA registrations, and Texas insurance license. Civically, Roxane is a past president of the Arc of Dallas advocating for the rights of those with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
