Rashmi Parthasarathi is the Managing Partner at The Kishinevsky Law Firm PLLC in Houston, Texas, where she dedicates her practice to representing plaintiffs in personal injury and product liability cases. A fierce advocate for those harmed by the wrongful acts of others, she works tirelessly to help clients obtain justice..
Before transitioning to personal injury law, Rashmi began her legal career in immigration law, representing clients in both family and business matters. She later gained significant experience in product liability, advocating for clients who were injured by pharmaceutical and medical device companies. She brought her expertise to The Kishinevsky Law Firm in January 2020 where she joined forces with her law-partner husband Leo Kishinevsky. Together, they represent clients in personal injury matters both commercial and non-commercial, including car wrecks, truck wrecks, work accident, negligent security claims and other commercial injuries.
Rashmi's professional excellence has been consistently recognized by her peers and prestigious legal organizations. She has been selected to the Texas Super Lawyers Rising Stars list from 2022 through 2026 and named to The National Trial Lawyers' Top 40 Under 40 list. She is an active member of several professional organizations, including the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, the Houston Trial Lawyers Association, and the Houston Bar Association.
Rashmi originally grew up in the Virginia/Washington D.C. metro area. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology, with a minor in Biology, from Virginia Tech in 2011, and received her Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law Houston in 2014. She is admitted to practice in the State of Texas and before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
When she is not advocating for her clients, Rashmi enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and rescue dog Groot.
