Lee Floyd
Breit Biniazan
In 2024, Lee became the first female trial lawyer in the country to secure a nine-figure verdict on behalf of children who were sexually abused. As trial counsel in the groundbreaking case against Cumberland Hospital, she represented three girls who suffered abuse during extended hospital stays, ultimately obtaining a $360 million jury verdict.
In addition to her national sex abuse practice, Lee focuses on high-stakes mass tort litigation. She is routinely appointed by judges across the country to serve in leadership roles in mass tort and class action litigations, and currently holds leadership positions in the Paragard MDL, Hair Relaxer MDL, Suboxone MDL, and numerous data breach class actions.
Before joining Breit Biniazan, Lee spent a decade defending global corporations—from pharmaceutical companies to automotive manufacturers. She was an equity member at Butler Snow and was elected as the youngest partner in the firm’s history.
