Katherine Cornell

Katherine Cornell is a partner at Pulaski Kherkher where she focuses on pharmaceutical and medical device cases nationwide. Since obtaining her Juris Doctor from Michigan State University in 2012, Katherine has worked exclusively with firms that are on the front line of mass pharmaceutical and product liability litigation. 

Katherine worked extensively with the transvaginal mesh litigation and served on the trial team against Mentor Worldwide and its parent company Johnson & Johnson, obtaining a $4.4 million dollar verdict in 2016. Currently, Katherine is handling the hernia mesh and 3M Combat Arm Earplug mass tort dockets at her firm. She was recently appointed by Honorable Judge Rodgers in the Northern District of Florida to the Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee for the 3M Combat Arm Earplug multi-district litigation.

In her spare time, Katherine is an active member of the legal community. She has been named a Top 40 Under 40 by The National Trial Lawyers and is a 2019 Rising Star recipient, which is an honor reserved for only 2.5% of attorneys. Katherine is a member of the American Association for Justice (AAJ), Houston Trial Lawyers Foundation, and Houston Trial Lawyers Association where she currently serves as a member of the board of directors.
