Dana McArthur is a Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent rated lawyer. She has practiced law in the Dallas area for 29 years and has tried and evaluated cases on both sides of the docket as a litigator. Since completing mediation training in 1995, Dana has mediated over 2,000 disputes in all areas of civil litigation. She has also served as an Arbitrator in the areas of residential construction defect matters and non-subscriber job site injuries.
She is highly experienced in mediation of multi-party residential and commercial construction disputes, medical malpractice, product liability, wrongful death, auto and truck wrecks.. She also has experience in the areas of breach of contract, breach of warranty and business dissolution.
Dana serves as an Adjunct Professor of Alternative Dispute Resolution for the UNT Dallas College of Law and has served as an Adjunct Professor of Product Liability at TWU.
She is an active member of the State Bar of Texas, the Dallas Bar Association, and Texas Women Rainmakers.
