Roxane has worked closely with plaintiff attorneys, trust attorneys, ad litems, case managers, social service providers, guardians and families to help in a smooth transition from the court system. She can communicate all the intricacies of the trust documents, structured settlements and investment management in an easy to understand way with real life examples. With Roxane, our clients have a long standing relationship provider, coordinator and financial steward with a compassionate understanding of the needs of the beneficiary and family. In many cases, Roxane has been able to offer distinctive strategies to deal with pre-resolution complications.

Roxane has also been instrumental in the long term planning needs for high net worth families concerned for loved ones with special needs.

Roxane Rose has been an advisor with Merrill Lynch since 1999. She is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) certificant, a designation awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standard, Inc. Roxane holds a CPA PFS and is a member of the AICPA and TSCPA but does not provide tax advice as an advisor. Roxane graduated with a Master of Science degree in Accounting from the University of North Texas. Professionally, she also holds the Series 7, 63, 65 FINRA registrations, and Texas Group 1 Health, Accident and Health Insurance license.

Civically, Roxane is a past president of the Arc of Dallas advocating for the rights of those with intellectual and developmental disabilities. She has also worked diligently to further the employment of those with disabilities at Merrill Lynch.
